Old Man Emu Complete Suspension System for 2007+ Toyota Tundra

Wheeler’s Kit contains all the necessary parts for install, including front coil springs (your choice of 2612, 2613, 2614), 90018 front shocks, CS055R rear leaf springs, 60100 rear shocks, FK32 rear fitting kit, GS22 greasable shackles with SB106 bushings, U-bolts. This kit is going to provide approximately 2.5" lift depending on load.

***NOTE:TRD models with rear swaybars (rare) may require longer links to retain swaybar operation.

Optional add-a-leaf available to increase load capacity. 

*Please note: Leaf springs are received from the manufacturer without packaging and are shipped to you without packaging. The paint finish will be scratched by the freight carriers during the shipping process. The leaf springs can be spray painted to cover any bare metal exposed during the shipping/handling process. It's best to wait till they are installed before you touch them up, they will be scratched further during the installation process.

COIL SPRINGS

When undertaking 4×4 remote area travel, the need to carry sufficient fuel, water, vehicle spares and safety equipment invariably means that your 4WD will be fully loaded, placing a lot of strain on suspension components.

As part of their integrated 4WD suspension systems, Old Man Emu designs a range of coil springs for each vehicle, enabling the installer to match the most appropriate springs to the intended application. While ride height increases are attained, emphasis is placed on ride control improvements.

Further fine tuning is achieved when the springs are matched to a corresponding set of Old Man Emu shock absorbers, delivering a fully integrated system designed specifically to suit your vehicle.

NITROCHARGER SPORT SHOCKS

Old Man Emu suspension systems have always focused on ride quality rather than ride height and this new line of shock absorbers includes some of the latest shock valving technology achieving a whole new level of ride quality.

Most dual and monotube shocks typically feature a two-stage valving process, the new OME NitroCharger Sport features a triple-stage valving process rivaled only by a remote canister adjustable shock. They've stacked it into the most durable shock body and adjusted it by load capacity for you.

So, rather than offering a single adjustable shock, the OME engineers have done all of the testing and tuning adjustments for you. You get to choose from a selection of shock absorbers for your application based on your load-carrying configuration, guaranteeing an immediate and ideal ride without any costly fine-tuning required post-installation.

The monotube style main piston valving improves transition and direction changes while the extra base valving provides more fine-tuning for comfort and control. So, the new OME NitroCharger Sport feels like a monotube without the vulnerability or the high price tag.

DAKAR REAR LEAF SPRINGS

Part of ARB’s integrated 4×4 suspension systems, Emu Dakar leaf springs are engineered to provide optimum ride performance irrespective of the operating conditions the vehicle’s suspension is required to work under.

  • Dakar Series Springs provide approximately 2.5" lift on a 2007+ Tundra
  • Bushings pre-installed in the spring eyes
  • Bolts on with your factory spring hardware and shackles
  • Draw tapered and diamond cut leaves: Ensure the load is progressively distributed over a larger surface area, reducing the high stresses that develop at leaf ends, this provides increased ride quality and protection against leaf breakage, significantly increasing the spring life
  • Bolt clamps and liners: The leaf clamps are bolted to allow installation of anti squeak nylon liners
  • Fully scragged and load tested: Scragging ensures the spring takes a permanent ‘set’ which reduces the risk of sagging, load testing ensures the spring meets the required specification
  • Military wrap: Designed to provide added safety
  • Anti friction pads: Regreasable nylon interleaf liners reduce friction at the leaf tips where the load is the greatest
  • Flat axle seat area: Allows a positive, safe axle mount reducing spring stress and increasing spring life
  • Shot peening: The tension side of all leaves is shot peened to reduce spring stress, this process can double the life of a spring
  • Two-stage leaf pack: Featured on most rear springs for optimum comfort. When unladen the vehicle is largely riding on the primary stage, with the secondary stage providing additional support when a heavy load is added
