An excellent addition to the suspension, mainly designed to compliment racing style coil-over front shocks such as Icon, King, Fox etc. These arms will give you smoother articulation and travel as well as greater suspension stability and strength. They also provide more clearance for larger tires (by increasing space between the back of the tire and the upper control arm) and eliminate coil to knuckle interference on full droop. These arms use 1" spherical uni-ball joints for the upper ball joint, polyurethane bushings and high strength machined hardware.The frame pivot points are zirk equipped for lubrication. They add strength and wheel travel for high off-road demands. Looks sharp, too!
These arms correct the suspension geometry by increasing much needed caster and allow for a wider range of alignment adjustment. The tubular construction also gives you more tire & shock clearance compared to the stock stamped arm. These arms are fully rebuildable, and may need that service occasionally depending on severity of use.
When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper control arms address these issues and more. Replacing the stock ball-joint with a uni-ball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling.
